How to delete temporary internet files, its something that we all look over as something small, but it is very important.  If you have never deleted your temporary internet files, you probably have over 1 GB of wasted space, to some not a lot, but this can keep building up until you have 10-20 or more GB's of wasted space on your computer, this could be fixed simply by deleting temporary internet files, Since some of us do not know how to do this I will teach you the easiest way of making more room on your computer by deleting temporary internet files, and many other useless things that are taking up so much room on your computers hard drive.
So now I will teach you the simple steps you have to follow to delete temporary internet files on your computer.

Okay so we are ready to delete temporary internet files on our computer, but what do we do?
the first time using my method to delete temporary internet files it will take longer than the following times.  Once you know how, it will take about a minute.

First you need to download a safe program that will allow you to clear temporary internet files and more (if you so choose).
Download CCleaner by clicking here.
Once the download is complete, run the setup by following the setup wizard.
Now you have the program CCleaner fully installed on your computer, if you are running Vista right click the desktop icon and select run as administrator or if you are running any other operating system double click the icon.
You should now have the program CCleaner open.
On the left side there will be options of what you would like to remove, temporary internet files, cookies, etc.
Select which of these you would like to remove, by adding or removing a check mark.
Once you have decided click run CCleaner, it will take about 30 seconds, depending on how many files it has to delete.

You now have a clean hard drive, with no wasted space from temporary internet files or any of that junk.

Now that you have CCleaner downloaded in the future you will only have to open it and run it. I would recommend doing this once a week.
