What to do when your Computer Freezes

We have all had the problem of our computer freezing, maybe once, maybe 10 times, yes your computer freezing is annoying, but the larger picture is how to deal with a frozen computer, without damaging it, or risking it.  Now this method only works for any platform of PC but not mac computers, this is because macs are not spouse to freeze.

What to do when your computer freezes...
okay so your computer is not responding, or being extremely laggy, maybe not even frozen, but just taking way to long to preform a task, what do you do?
step one to working with a frozen or lagged out computer, you need to try the most basic method, ctr, alt, delete key all at the same time, then select task manager and close down all tasks. Now if you did not already know this method for dealing with a frozen computer, then its quite likely it will work most of the time, if it does not work we have a slightly harder computer to un-freeze.
Step two if that is not working you will need to do something a little more drastic, as we have established that even the computers back up help is not helping it un-freeze.  So you will need to first off hope that everything is saved, and to unfreeze your computer sometimes this is the only way, You need to unplug the plug from the wall, this will crash your computer, but when you start it back up, select start-up normally, and everything should run fine on your computer, you will lose all unsaved work, but your computer will be in working condition again.
